The Project
Discova, a destination management company operating under Flight Centre Travel Group, engaged Itchi Digital to support its product marketing strategy during and post-pandemic as global travel patterns shifted. Our work formed part of a coordinated global marketing initiative implemented across 14 countries throughout Asia and the Americas, designed to reposition key products, strengthen trade relationships and rebuild commercial momentum.
We delivered integrated marketing activity spanning social media strategy, industry partnerships, strategic communications and the development of updated sales materials to support international distribution teams. In addition, we led the full brand creation and launch of Kaura Bali, Discova’s glamping property in Manggis, Bali - overseeing brand positioning, identity development, messaging, marketing collateral and launch activation to establish a strong market presence from day one.
The Results
Through this multi-market engagement, Discova successfully strengthened its product visibility and trade engagement across key international markets during a critical period of industry recovery. The coordinated global marketing activity supported brand repositioning across Asia and the Americas, aligning regional execution with global commercial standards.
The successful launch of Kaura Bali established the property as a distinctive, experience-led accommodation offering within Bali’s competitive hospitality landscape, reinforcing Discova’s innovation within its portfolio and expanding its presence within the Indonesian tourism sector.
