Prior to the pandemic, Away Bali Legian, a Cross Hotels & Resorts property, had a customer base that was made up almost entirely of Australian travellers. During the pandemic we worked with them to localise their online and offline marketing strategy to attract the domestic travellers market in Indonesia.
We worked with Cross Hotels & Resorts to implement a strategy that centered around digital ads, social media marketing, influencer engagement, and public relations to not only grow their brand awareness in Indonesia, but to grow their revenue month-to-month.
